ABOUT

What began as a passion for learning more about yoga has evolved into a way of life. I am grateful to share this expansive and life changing practice with people from all backgrounds.

I specialize in teaching yoga to people in the midst of life transitions – post injury, mental health rehabilitation, chronic illness, pregnancy, postpartum, and aging. My practice began with vinyasa yoga and has grown over the years to include restorative yoga, yoga nidra, meditation, pre/post natal yoga, and sound healing.

    I incorporate the breath into every practice, knowing breath carries nourishing and revitalizing energy.
