Birthing Folks
When I became a mama, something shifted inside of me. My proximity to the threshold between life and death felt more tangible. The ability to create life reminded me of how easily life can also be taken away. With this awareness, I reoriented my yoga practice and community focus to creating wholeness both for myself and other mamas. There were life patterns that I wanted to change for myself and ways of connecting with the regenerative quality of nature that I wanted to embrace. While all mamas and birthing folks experience something different, my hope is to be able to support them on their journey through community connection and the benefits of yoga.
Initiation of Birth
Giving birth is a type of initiation into an evolved version of you. From pregnancy to birth to parenting you are in a transitional period of life. You begin to create new ways of living in order to care for yourself and your little one, and to stay connected with your partner. You may feel a sense of coming undone, as your identity transforms.
You are not alone in this journey. There is a community of mamas who will listen, witness, and hold you with care.

Pre/Post Natal Yoga
Tending to your physical, emotional, and spiritual body is one of the greatest gifts you can give yourself and baby. This class offers the tools to compassionately connect with your body, breath, and feelings for your journey in parenthood.

You are invited to join a circle of mamas.
You are invited to rest and be held by the compassion of other mamas.
You are invited to soak up the immense wisdom that a collective of mamas contains.
You are invited to receive complete self care, which contributes to our collective care.
