Giving birth is a type of initiation into an evolved version of you. From pregnancy, to birth, to parenting, you are in a transitional period of life. You begin to create new ways of living in order to care for yourself and your little one, and to stay connected with your partner. During this time your sense of self expands to encompass the fullness of your being.
About Libby
Hi, I’m Libby (she/her), a yoga and meditation teacher, facilitator, and community builder. I had my first baby in February 2024. I had a high risk pregnancy due to existing health conditions and my age. My labor was induced and I ended up having a cesarean delivery. Today, I feel forever grateful to be a mama of a sweet young person.
As a yoga teacher of 8 years I practiced all throughout my pregnancy and progressively came back to my mat in postpartum. Yoga offers strengthening, stretching and relaxation - all of which the birthing body benefits from greatly.
As a community builder and facilitator, I craved heart centered connection with other mamas once my baby arrived. That lead me to starting the mamas circle, Remember You. Remember You celebrated its 1-year anniversary in October 2025. It continues to be a place where mamas can rest, be witnessed, and feel understood.
I am trained in natal yoga by Uma Dinsomore-Tuli’s “Empowered Pregnancy, Birth and Postnatal Recovery.”

Each phase of pregnancy and postpartum brings about physical, emotional, and hormonal changes. These changes have the potential to bring you closer to your inner power and wisdom.
In 1:1 sessions, Libby will guide you through practices specifically designed for the birthing body to support you in having an empowered birth and postpartum experience.
Free Meditations
As a mama, you carry so much, both physically and emotionally. These meditations are here to support you in resting your body and mind through gentle breath awareness and body relaxation.
Pre/Post Natal Yoga Classes
Tending to your physical, emotional, and spiritual body is one of the greatest gifts you can give yourself and baby. This class offers the tools to compassionately connect with your body, breath, and feelings for your journey in parenthood.
