I offer private natal yoga sessions, group natal yoga classes, mamas circles, mini retreats, and free recorded practices for mothers and birthing folks.

1:1 Pre/Post Natal Yoga Sessions

Each phase of pregnancy and postpartum brings about physical, emotional, and hormonal changes. These changes have the potential to bring you closer to your inner power and wisdom.

In 1:1 sessions, Libby will guide you through practices specifically designed for the birthing body to support you in having an empowered birth and postpartum experience.

Remember You: mamas circle

Pre/Post Natal Yoga Classes

Tending to your physical, emotional, and spiritual body is one of the greatest gifts you can give yourself and baby. This class offers the tools to compassionately connect with your body, breath, and feelings for your journey in parenthood.

Free Meditations

As a mama, you carry so much, both physically and emotionally. These meditations are here to support you in resting your body and mind through gentle breath awareness and body relaxation.

About Libby

Hi, I’m Libby (she/her), a mama, yoga teacher, and facilitator.

I began teaching yoga in 2017 and have since completed 800 hours of certifications including 85 hours of pre/post natal yoga certifications.

It is an honor to share yoga’s movement, breath, and meditative practices with birthing people. I see a positive shift in my students’ and clients’ experience when they practice yoga from pregnancy to postpartum. They connect with their intuition and step into a place of empowerment - and gain an understanding of their pelvic floor is and how to safely engage their abdominals.

I incorporate the use of sound healing instruments into my classes, circles, and private sessions, as a way for people to connect with their inner rhythm and clear their mind.
