Yoga, for Life’s Transitions

ABOUT

What began as a passion for learning more about yoga has evolved into a way of life. I am grateful to share this expansive and life changing practice with people from all backgrounds.

I specialize in teaching yoga to people in the midst of life transitions – post injury, mental health rehabilitation, chronic illness, pregnancy, postpartum, and aging. My practice began with vinyasa yoga and has grown over the years to include restorative yoga, yoga nidra, meditation, pre/post natal yoga, and sound healing. Read more about my yoga story.

My Approach

  • Embodiment

I believe yoga is about how you feel with the shapes and movements, rather than what you look like.

  • Awareness

I believe yoga offers a pathway towards accessing your intuitive wisdom and conscious mind.

  • Energetics

I believe yoga has the ability to balance your energy when applying Ayurveda’s tridoshic approach.

  • Breath

I beleive the breath is integral to yoga and focus on ways the breath can nourish and revitalize you.

Where Certifications and Experience Meet

I believe my certifications are only beneficial to you if I keep practicing. I practice yoga daily, participate in mentorship with my teachers monthly, and expand my learnings through new trainings annually.
