About the class

Tending to your physical, emotional, and spiritual body is one of the greatest gifts you can give yourself and baby during pregnancy and postpartum. This class provides you with movement, breath, and inner focus to compassionately connect with your body, mind, and feelings during your journey in parenthood.

You’ll be guided in movement, breath, and meditation practices that support your pre and post natal body. We will focus on the pelvis, spine, joints, and nervous system, through a flowing and restful practice. There will be space for sharing about your pregnancy with other birthing people who are on a similar journey.

As you embrace wellness during pregnancy and postpartum, baby learns early on what being healthy feels like in their body too!
