For flexibility yoga movements paired with breath that warm the body from the inside out and support releasing facia and lengthen muscles

For circulation yoga twists, binds, and self massage that activate stagnant energy, improve blood flow, and increase vitality in the body.

For stability standing balances and strengthening yoga shapes that support ankle, hip, lower back, and neck strength.


Meditations and yoga nidra

Libby will share meditations with visualizations and mantras that are beneficial inner connection and deep relaxation.

Meditation helps focus your awareness inward on what is most supportive, nourishing, and life giving. Meditations connect you with your intuitive wisdom and empower you to live from a place of clarity and compassion.

60-minute Private Yoga Session (in your home)
$130.00

Enjoy a 60-minute personalized yoga practice in the comfort of your own home. Libby will bring all materials you will need to you including: yoga mat, blocks, blankets, bolsters, and belts. You can request a playlist as well. (75-minute sessions are $160).

Enjoy a 60-minute personal yoga practice outside your home in the calming studio at The Bridge. Yoga mat and all props are provided. Arrive early and enjoy a warm cup of tea. You can book this for 1-2 people.
