Breath Practices

Libby will share specific breath practices to support focus, clarity, and contentment.


Yoga Movements

For flexibility yoga movements paired with breath that warm the body from the inside out and support releasing facia and lengthen muscles

For circulation yoga twists, binds, and self massage that activate stagnant energy, improve blood flow, and increase vitality in the body.

For stability standing balances and strengthening yoga shapes that support ankle, hip, lower back, and neck strength.

For recovery‍ ‍. support by way of yoga props, guided proprioceptive awareness, and optional hands on assists paired with movements that strengthen and lengthen collaborative muscles related to the injury.


Meditations and yoga nidra

Libby will share meditations with visualizations and mantras that are beneficial inner connection and deep relaxation.

Meditation helps focus your awareness inward on what is most supportive, nourishing, and life giving. Meditations connect you with your intuitive wisdom and empower you to live from a place of clarity and compassion.
