Giving birth is a type of initiation into an evolved version of you. From pregnancy, to birth, to parenting, you are in a transitional period of life. You begin to create new ways of living in order to care for yourself and your little one, and to stay connected with your partner. During this time your sense of self expands to encompass the fullness of your being.

About Libby

When I became pregnant and moved through childbirth into motherhood, I received a heartfelt invitation to reflect back on my past experiences, be attentive to the present, and apply the awareness gained from both to prepare me for the future. I am grateful for the community of mamas and birthing folks I have been able to connect with along the way, and invite you to be part of this compassionate community.

Pre/Post Natal Yoga

Tending to your physical, emotional, and spiritual body is one of the greatest gifts you can give yourself and baby. This class offers the tools to compassionately connect with your body, breath, and feelings for your journey in parenthood.

You are invited to join a circle of mamas. 

You are invited to rest and be held by the compassion of other mamas. 

You are invited to soak up the immense wisdom that a collective of mamas contains. 

You are invited to receive complete self care, which contributes to our collective care.

In 1:1 sessions, Libby will guide you through practices specifically designed for the birthing body to support you in having an empowered birth and postpartum experience.
