Restorative Sessions

You walk into a room that is set up just for you. A resting place.

The burning of incense has cleared the air.

Cushions and blankets are set on the floor.

A singing bell, Koshi chimes, and drum are nearby.

The lighting is adjusted to a level that is soothing and calming.

You walk in and receive a warm cup of herbal tea. You’re invited to share how you are feeling and are met with a listening ear.

You settle into the cushions in blankets, allowing your body to be held.

The instruments are played and your nervous system begins to balance.

Your mind begins to rest.

You are guided in a yoga nidra practice that invites you into the cave of your heart.

While your body and mind rest, your intuitive self listens to the space between coming and going.

After some time, you gently arise out of the practice and back into the room.

Refreshed and renewed.
