I am Libby (she/her) a yoga and meditation practitioner who is dedicated to sharing practices that support people in accessing inner clarity, intergenerational healing, and equanimity.

I have completed over 700 hours of training certifications including tantra meditation, yoga nidra, restorative yoga, and prenatal yoga. I teach yoga classes in studios in the Hudson Valley as well as work with clients 1:1. I was a lululemon ambassador from 2019-2022 and enjoy building community through wellness practices.

Remember You is a mama’s circle that offers you the space to rest and be witnessed by other mamas who are caring for themselves as an act of collective care.

Motherhood is a magnificent and wild ride. It takes you on a journey through a full spectrum of feelings from raw emotions, intuitive wisdom, to deep compassion. You experience what it means to deeply care for someone more than you ever thought you could and you are reminded of how important self care is. Motherhood is a dance between being someone’s everything and making sure you have everything you need.

We’ll explore the theme of the ‘both/and dynamic of motherhood’ in this circle. We’ll talk about how we create balance. We’ll share about how it makes us feel.
