Welcome

My name is Libby (she/her). I’m grateful to be able to support people in feeling alive, well, and free through the practice of yoga and by gathering together in community for mamas circles and workshops. 

I specialize in pre/post natal yoga, restorative yoga, yoga nidra, meditation and vinyasa. I work with private clients in-person in the New York Hudson Valley (Kingston, Woodstock, Saugerties, Rhinebeck, and New Paltz) as well as virtually around the world. I teach yoga classes in studios in Kingston, NY.

In 2024, I started Remember You, a monthly circle gathering that offers mamas the space to rest and be witnessed by other mamas who are caring for themselves as an act of collective care.
