You are invited to come fill your cup. To rest and reflect on your relationship to ritual, self care, and receiving. Regardless of whether your cup feels abundant or empty, together we will share how to move through obstacles to keep your cup full, how to reorient when you are at the bottom and don’t know where the next drop will come from, how to keep it full once, and how to enter a place of abundance where your cup can run over and still remain full.
When we talk about your cup being full, we are talking about the times when you feel resourced, an increased capacity, invigorated, and full of life. As a mama, your energy gets pulled in many directions, namely away from you. Keeping your cup full is a daily practice that over time becomes accessible and real.
Join us for this Remember You to share how you keep your cup full and to receive support in creating a daily practice or ritual for keeping your cup full now and in the future.
Remember You is a mama’s circle that offers you the space to rest and be witnessed by other mamas who are caring for themselves as an act of collective care. During our time together you will be guided in yoga nidra, reflect with self inquiry prompts, and share in conversation with other mamas. Remember You is hosted monthly in Kingston, NY by Libby Nicholaou.
