Remember You is a mama’s circle that offers you the space to rest and be witnessed by other mamas who are caring for themselves as an act of collective care. During our time together you will be guided in yoga nidra, reflect with self inquiry prompts, and share in conversation with other mamas. Remember You is hosted monthly in Kingston, NY.
As the warmth of spring ushers flowers to grow through the earth’s surface, you may find yourself outdoors more taking in the fresh air, listening to birdsong, watching the rivers flow again, and soaking up more hours of daylight. Nature speaks to us because we are also part of nature.
This circle in some ways may be considered a love letter to our relationship with nature. We will explore which elements (earth, water, fire, air, space) in nature resonate with us. How aspects of nature nurture us and enliven us.
We’ll explore how our relationship with nature connects into our lived experience as mothers. You may already see yourself reflected in the deer with their fawn or a mama duck and her ducklings. You may feel more emotional seeing flowers emerge from the ground or feel a greater responsibility to be a caring steward of your land or the land around you.
I’m looking forward to gathering with you to dive into our relationship with nature and how that relationship holds up a mirror to how we connect with motherhood.
