Remember You is a mama’s circle that offers you the space to rest and be witnessed by other mamas who are caring for themselves as an act of collective care. During our time together, you will be guided in yoga nidra, reflect with self inquiry prompts, and share in conversation with other mamas.
Motherhood is a magnificent and wild ride. It takes you on a journey through a full spectrum of feelings from raw emotions, intuitive wisdom, to deep compassion. You experience what it means to deeply care for someone more than you ever thought you could and you are reminded of how important self care is. Motherhood is a dance between being someone’s everything and making sure you have everything you need.
You might feel this dance come up as the both/and dynamic of motherhood. The times when you feel “I want everything for you” and “I really need a day to myself.” Or when you find delight in your little one’s discovery of new things and you feel the pangs of looking forward to when you can take a pottery class or read a whole book in one day. You both adore your little one and you want some you-time.
We’ll explore the theme of the ‘both/and dynamic of motherhood’ in this circle. We’ll talk about how we create balance. We’ll share about how it makes us feel.
