What to Expect
❋ Intentional Structure
You will be guided in breath, movement, meditation, baby stretching and have space to reflect—so the experience feels both focused and fluid.
❋ Community Connection
Connection is a core part of the sessions. You’ll have space to share and listen to each other at the beginning of each session.
❋ Expert Facilitation
Libby has been teaching yoga and meditation for nine years. She’s completed a 90-hour natal yoga certification and has been working closely with the birthing community for three years.
❋ A Supportive Space for You and Baby
These sessions prioritize accessibility for you and baby. Feel free to alone or with your little one, depending on what is best for you that day.

The womb, pelvic floor, and lower ribs went through a 9 month stretch.
The curves in your spine became exaggerated as the weight of baby pulled your pelvis forward and the larger chest caused the upper back to round.
The elevated amounts of hormones in the body cause you to feel things deeply and emotionally.
Breath, meditation, and movement are your partners in the healing journey.
