Welcome

My name is Libby (she/her). I teach pre/post natal yoga, restorative yoga, yoga nidra, meditation, and vinyasa in Kingston, NY and the surrounding New York Hudson Valley.

I support people in feeling alive, well, and free through private yoga sessions, group yoga classes, and community circles. I work with private clients in-person in the New York Hudson Valley as well as virtually around the world.

In 2024, I started Remember You, a monthly circle that offers mamas the space to rest and be witnessed by other mamas who are caring for themselves as an act of collective care.

I’d love to connect with you!
