Welcome
My name is Libby (she/her). I’m grateful to be able to support people in feeling alive, well, and free through the practice of yoga and by gathering together in community for mamas circles and workshops.
I have completed 800 hours of training certifications including pre/post natal yoga, restorative yoga, yoga nidra, facilitation, and tantra meditation. I teach yoga in studios in Kingston, NY as well as offer yoga for private clients around the New York Hudson Valley.
In 2024, I started Remember You, a mama’s circle. In 2020, I served on the board of the Practice Coalition. In 2019, I was a recipient of a 3-year lululemon ambassador. In 2017, I founded Setu, a yoga community in NYC, focused on bridging relationships across different identities.
My passion for spreading the benefits of yoga grows more each day. I’d love to connect with you.
