Welcome

I am Libby (she/her) a yoga and meditation practitioner who is passionate about making the benefits of yoga accessible to people who live with chronic autoimmune conditions, birthing folks during pre and post natal, and those who feel fatigued.

I have completed over 700 hours of training certifications including tantra meditation, yoga nidra, restorative yoga, and prenatal yoga. I teach yoga classes in studios in the Hudson Valley as well as offer yoga for clients 1:1.

From 2017-2022, I was the founder of Setu, a yoga community in New York, focused on bridging relationships across different identities. From 2019-2022, I was a lululemon ambassador, a role which resourced my wellness community building work.
